My Experience
Laos was one of the most surprising destinations of my travels. Less touristy than its neighbors, it offered an authenticity and serenity that was incredibly refreshing.
The mountain views from Luang Prabang and the surrounding areas were absolutely stunning. I spent mornings watching monks collect alms, afternoons exploring waterfalls, and evenings at night markets.
What I loved about Laos was how it forced me to slow down. With slower internet and fewer distractions, I found myself more present than I'd been in months.
